Cozy, warm and inviting, this cabin is ideal for a honeymoon, romantic getaway, or small family vacation. Guests will enjoy the open layout the main floor offers with room to gather for activities and meals. The full kitchen is nicely stocked with all prep ware needed for delicious home cooking and has sight lines to the dining and living spaces for ease of entertaining. One bedroom offers privacy for adults and kids will love sleeping in the loft that also has a TV and air hockey table. Both bathrooms are modern yet styled with rustic finishes providing guests with an authentic mountain aesthetic. There’s no question the outdoor areas are special here with additional living space found on a large deck that not only has amazing views every season of the year, but also boasts a hot tub and charcoal Park style grill. Gatlinburg, Tennessee, United States From the cabin’s prime location midway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in the Great Smoky Mountains, countless area attractions, restaurants, and activities are just a few minutes’ drive away. • Grab your hiking shoes and explore the mountains! The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is less than 7 miles from the cabin. Roaring Fork Nature Trail, Mount LeConte, Clingman’s Dome – the highest point in the Smoky Mountains – and Cades Cove all offer endless adventure and breathtaking views. •Family fun awaits at numerous area attractions such as Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area, Rowdy Bear Mountain Adventure Park, Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, and world-famous Dollywood. • Adults can play a round of golf at Gatlinburg Golf Course, then visit one of the area’s many wineries or distilleries for an after-game aperitif. • Spend a day shopping at the historic Old Mill Square for artisan crafts or head over to The Island of Pigeon Forge where you will find over 40 specialty and anchor stores. The cabin is in the Cove Mountain Resort neighborhood, just a 2-minute drive to the main road known as the "Spur" located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. **SPECIAL NOTE** Please use the "COVE MOUNTAIN ROAD" exit off the parkway to access the neighborhood; otherwise, GPS will route you through an unpaved, rough road. The Gatlinburg Welcome Center is only 1 mile south from the turn onto the Spur. You can park at the Center for free and purchase a wristband to ride the North Parkway trolley that stops in all the popular spots in the two-city area, including the 8-mile craft community. You are also only a short 7-mile drive to the Great Smoky Mountains Park entrance.

****REFUNDS**** No exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made for weather, health related reasons, or family emergencies. Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities. Please note that we do not offer refunds for issues related to weather or road conditions, or any other acts of nature. We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds in the event of power outages or malfunctions with various equipment, such as TVs, internet service, hot tubs, heaters, water heaters, and other appliances. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds involving the presence of insects or other animals. We strongly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance, as it can help protect your trip and provide coverage in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking your trip. ***FINE - PET FEE*** Due to family allergies, we kindly request that you do not bring any animals during your stay. If our "no policy" is violated, a of $200 per night, per unauthorized pet, will be charged to cover the costs of deep cleaning. The cabin is Not designated as a pet-friendly cabin. If pet fur is found, there will be an extra fee for additional cleaning if more needed to be done plus any damages. We use cabin as our vacation home during holidays and breaks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our situation. *** OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES*** I will do everything I can to make sure the cabin is ready for your stay. It is my mission to provide you the cleanest cabin so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that the cabin might not be fully presentable by 4 pm or when your hot tub won't be warm until later in the evening. In addition, I provide the luxury cabins in the Smokies with maximum amenities; the cabin is not a hotel room and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, hot tubs, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While I cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as there are things that are beyond my control, I will respond as quickly as I can to make repairs. ***FIREPLACE*** The gas fireplace comes with a user-friendly timer, making it effortless to switch it on or off. In this region, it is customary for the propane valve to be closed for the fireplace from Mid March till Mid October. ***LATE CHECK-OUT*** There will be an extra $125 at 11am and $250 at noon if any members of party remain in the cabin. Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking; if smoking is detected in the cabin, you will be billed $250-$500 for extra cleaning required. ****NOISE COMPLAINTS***** The resort maintains quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. If guests party can be heard outside of the cabin during your stay requiring a call from the Night Manager, you will be billed $50 for the first call I receive. If it requires any subsequent calls, you will be charged $250 per call. Any calls received after 12:30am will be billed an automatic $250.00 charge and an eviction if necessary. If the police are called, you will be billed an additional $250. If an eviction from the resort is required, you will be charged an additional $400 and removed from the premises with no refund. There is an existing residential neighborhood beyond the tree line. Please be advised that for their comfort the noise complaint policy above will be strictly enforced. No parties allowed! If partying cabin will be evicted immediately. ***ACCEPTANCE && ACKNOWLEDGEMENT *** When you reserve our cabin, you are acknowledging and accepting our house rules which prohibit pets, smoking, and parties inside our property. It is important to note that we have security cameras installed at the front of the cabin for security purposes. If this arrangement causes any concerns for you, kindly inform us promptly.
